The communication has not worked and thats why we had to get the room at the hotel for 100,- Euros for the first night. We had late arrival and because of the wrong information we could not get into our flat first night. I will never use this company again. they spoiled my holiday.

We had a difficult experience with this property. Upon arrival, the keys to our unit were missing, preventing us from locking it when leaving. Despite checking the manual and searching thoroughly, the keys weren’t found. I contacted the host urgently as we had an early tour the next morning, but only received a response after we had already left—without securing the unit. Later, they claimed the keys were on the kitchen table and sent a photo, but never clarified where they were actually found. I think they probably forgot to leave them to begin with. I requested an early checkout and refund for the unused days, but they refused. Overall, I don’t recommend this rental, especially since there is no support outside their business hours and their listed phone number doesn’t work.
