None of the code numbers for opening the street door and room door were sent to me in advance. I arrived with no battery power left in my phone and luckily had the taxi driver wait to help sort things out. I then had to phone to get the WIFI password. No bottled water in the room. As it’s located in a residential area, there are no restaurants close by. After 8 hours in buses, I didn’t exactly need this hassle. The room is clean with a comfortable bed.

This is a Air BB. There isn't a live person to greet us. Never had any physical contact with property owner or agent. However, many what's ap messages...Here is a message I sent to management company. Haven't received a reply as of this writing. I want to inform you of several issues with suite 107, especially the main access door. When you close the door, it locks automatically. However, when you leave, the door wouldn't open. After several attempts, I realized that the latch doesn't fully retract. I had to use a knife to push it in. However, when I use the key, the latch works perfectly. Also, the floor was dirty. So much so that our socks and bathmats got dirty when they got wet. The place needs a good deep cleaning and general maintenance.
