The apart-hotel is excellent for the price. If I had to mention any drawbacks, there are two: the heater takes quite a long time to warm up the room, and the microwave latch seems to be stuck, making it unusable. Other than these minor issues, the hotel is great. There is a convenience store on the ground floor, and it is also close to the beach.

price/performance

It is located on the 16th floor in orbi blocks. It has a very beautiful sea view. The place is very close to the shopping centre. There are many places to shop and eat around. Towels and sheets were clean. A polite staff helped us. There is no parking. You need to park your car on the roadside.

We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! It was freezing AC was not helpful that much also the noise was unbearable all night. The room was smelly because of the toilet, I don’t know how to describe the smell, you must be there to understand, disgusting! TV was not working, they did not provide amenities either. Leave aside accommodating for a trip here not a good place to stay even for a night… Total disappointment.
