Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin im Getümmel, hat im Zimmer dennoch seine ruhe. Super ist das extra wenn man über Expedia bucht. Die Rezeption zu finden ist etwas umständlich. Sie ist etwas versteckt nicht auf der Karte zu sehen an der Promenade. Sonst wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Geburtstagsfeier da.

Neues Appartment-Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes. Negativ: Das im Aufzug und Hotelflur eingesetzte Duftspray wird zu viel eingesetzt , ist aufdringlich und ist deswegen unangenehm. Im Zimmer riecht man es zum Glück nur leicht.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass mir vor der Buchung zwar "Zahlung in der Unterkunft" angeboten wurde, ich dies auswählte und auch so eintrug, ich dann aber auch eine Kreditkarte eintragen musste, weil die Buchung sonst nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür, dass der Betrag offensichtlich bereits zuvor abgebucht wurde, denn als ich an der Rezeption zahlen wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass schon alles bezahlt ist. Die Option "Zahlung im Hotel" hatte ich ausgewählt, weil ich die Zahlungsmethode (EC-Karte, Kreditkarte, Barzahlung) erst im Hotel auswählen wollte. Dies wurde mir letztendlich verwehrt.

Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht Zimmermit seitlichem Meerblick erhalten. Zimmer für fünf Personen gebucht, Bettwäsche aber nur für vier Personen vorhanden. Erst nach dem dritten Besuch in der Rezeption wurde uns die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die fünfte Personen gegeben.

Unser dritter Aufenthalt, wieder beim Check in alle Angaben ausfüllen. Diese sollten doch mittlerweile vorhanden sein. Meerblick gebucht, wieder nur die Bäume gesehen. Die Restaurants im Erdgeschoss haben die Musik abends so laut, das man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann wenn man schlafen möchte. Auf der anderen Seite am Eingang triffen sich alle Mitarbeiter bei Feierabend und entsprechend laut ist der Geräuschpegel auch hier gegen 23/24 Uhr. Nie ist ein Platz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar, auch auf tägliche Nachfrage.

Vi boede lige midt i det hele. Tæt på vandet, restauranter og badelandet. Mulighed for morgenmad på hotellet over for. Badelandet kunne vi gå til, i morgenkåber via p-kælderen. Maden er billig og der er nok steder at vælge imellem. Husk kontanter til de små butikker. Lejligheden var med stor altan og badekar og det vi skulle bruge i køkkenet.

Es fehlen bequeme Sessel. Die große Schlafcouch ist durchgesessen und nicht lange zum Sitzen aushaltbar. Die weißen Kuststoffstühle sind auch nicht geeignet, einen entspannten Abend zu genießen. Außerdem gibt es eine starke Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abflußsystem, wenn man nicht immer wieder Wasser in die Abflüsse laufen läßt.

Terrible property. We checked- in and were told that our room was ready. Upon going to the room, the cleaning staff were still there and the room was not ready to be occupied. We quickly got a glimpse of the view from the balcony… The PICTURES and DESCRIPTION of the room were NOT ACCURATE. I booked a SEA VIEW room (which was a premium price) and the view was of the stores and restaurants on the walkway. No sea view at all. We went back to the reception to ask if there was a mistake in the room number and were rudely told no. I showed the reception a picture of the view from the room (balcony) as well as my reservation (and the pictures attached to it) and the reception woman rudely said that this is the only room they could give me… no apology for the clear mistake and misrepresentation. I was told that Expedia is just an affiliate and that it’s not her problem that the description on Expedia was not accurate. Very disappointed in how rude she was. I asked for a refund and then had to search for another property to stay at for the night. I wish that I could rate satisfaction at 0. I can honestly say this was the worse experience at a hotel I have ever had.

Nie wieder für den Preis !!! Wir hatten schon einmal SUPERIOR MIT MEEBLICK gemietet, 2 SZ, 2 !!! Bäder, riesige Terrasse, direkter Meerblick. Jetzt nur 1 Badezimmer ( ein 2. wäre mir wichtig gewesen, hätte sonst nicht gebucht) , da nicht alle App. eine Terrasse haben ist klar, aber jetzt hatten wir nur "seitlichen Meerblick" und Balkon. Antwort der Rezeption: Man bucht nur die Kategorie und nich ein bestimmtes Appartment. Das Schlafsofa im WZ war durchgesessen, Heizung in einem SZ defekt, das Klo war nicht geputzt, Rückstände in den Zahnputzgläsern. Der Expedia-Kundensevice wollte sich bei mir telefonisch zurückmelden---ich warte immernoch! Nie wieder in dieser Unterkunft !!!

Wakacje z rodziną.

Największym atutem apartamentu była lokalizacja tuż przy plaży oraz widok na morze z tarasu. Pozytywnie oceniam również możliwość wynajęcia miejsca parkingowego w garażu, chociaż cena była dużo większa niż w innych apartamentowcach, w których byliśmy poprzednio. Plusem była też możliwość skorzystania z aqaparku . Natomiast największym minusem była rozkładana sofa w salonie, na której nie dało się spać ,ponieważ deski i sprężyny wbijały się w ciało. Lepsza by była nawet najtańsza wersalka. to niestety zepsuło nam cały pozytywny efekt. Brak było również klimatyzacji i to zarówno w pokojach, jak i na korytarzach. W czasie upałów na korytarzu i w windzie można było się udusić od zapachów kuchennych dobiegających z restauracji znajdujących się na parterze. Mimo wszystko będziemy miło wspominać ppobyt w Świnoujściu.
