Great location. Very cute. Called and emailed when we were on the way asking if we could check in early. Never got a response. There was an issue with the toilet that was addressed but the handle is very hard to flush. Worried it was going to break but it survived. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint was the wifi passwords would not connect. Need better instructions. We couldn't use the TV. Otherwise good experience. Very convenient spot.

Beware!!!! You may not have a rented golf cart at this 30A property!! Mgt Co listing does not disclose this minor detail on website where you enter payment. You get a surprise text to remove or be towed. 30A is “Low Speed Vehicle” friendly and an alternative to driving in congested Seagrove/Seaside.

2025 Vacation

Stayed three nights. Had all the convinces of home. First night was a learning experience. The pool was clean and clear. The room was clean , everything was well maintained and in good working condition. We was comfortable the whole time. It was mostly quiet although there was some construction going on around the neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The property was nice and the pool was clean, there was some things about the room that could use some improvement. Keriug coffee makers are a travelers best friend! The standard coffee pot the host is providing, filters with coffee should be provided is a standard!! I would be happy to purchase a box of pods. Can we be real on the toilet paper? 1 roll? I was there 3 days for 2 people, I purchased more and left it I hope the next guest will use it because no one should ever have to bring more toilet paper two rolls should always be standard. Beach towels! I cannot stress this enough! They should supply beach towels, Just two extra beach towels would be ideal. Also there was not a place to hang anything, only wet towels on the bathroom door and I had a wedding dress to hang perhaps a small rack with some hangers there is not a closet, I was surprised to find a hair dryer and an iron but trade that wicker drawer out for a nice hanging rack and a new kerurig.

In town for a quick weekend wedding festivities. Expectations weren't much but was pleasantly surprised. Although right on 30A there was minimal noise inside. Management company checked in at the right times without being intrusive. Any very minor, I wouldn't even say "issue," was very promptly resolved. Cleanliness was five star. If I had to complain, the only thing lacking were complimentary coffee or K-Cups and the salt/pepper shakers were empty. And in haste, maybe didn't read description very well, but beach towels would have been nice. Still overall, a very nice stay.
