Absolutely amazing room! Very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for a weekend stay - many appliances. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of storage. Air con was a life saver this weekend. Car park safe & secure. We had a few issues prior to checking in however, customer service over the phone was excellent & those issues were resolved very quickly. We will definitely look to stay here again when in Auckland.

Beautiful clean and tidy, nicely decorated apartment. Handy location to walk down waterfront and into city. Easy parking available. Had a lovely view over the water. Only complaint I would have is that the pillows were too big and beautiful! Would have liked a few thinner pillows available for sleeping. Also the shower was pathetic, but I think that is more to do with Auckland water than the apartment itself.

Great spot, clean and modern apartment thats very well equipped. Unfortunately, no curtains in the main living space meant the building carpark lighting is very very intrusive. Also no privacy possible from the rest of the adjacent buildings. All of the doors in the unit had extremely squeeky hinges to the point it woke us and the kids up anytime someone moved about. Never thought I’d be one to complain about such a mundane thing, but it was annoying, especially with the kids with us.

Misleading listing and terrible experience

Our booking was a nightmare. Hotels.com sent multiple cancellation emails at the last minute, only for the property to say it was an “admin error.” On arrival, the apartment was nothing like advertised, no water views, just a view into a noisy carpark (apartment was on level one above the carpark entrance). The bright lights from the carpark shined into the bedroom all night, and there was no privacy with missing curtains in the living area. The bedroom doors were extremely squeaky too, which woke the other person up if you needed the rest room. This was misleading vs the advertisement and very disappointing, especially for the price we paid. I tried to complain to Urban Rest too however had terrible customer service. Would not recommend booking here if you expect the quality shown online on their images. Urban Rest stated the images are only an “indication” of what you will get. If I had of known I would have booked somewhere else. Pictures attached of the apartment which faces into the carpark, and the bright light in the bedroom which was taken at nighttime. Location however was great and there is a fantastic cafe downstairs. It was close to everything in the city.
