Clean and tidy apartment, lovely sea view and off-street parking (at no surcharge, a rarity, which itself is a scandal given what other properties charge). Staff really friendly and helpful.

Nice place with an amazing location, the beach is across the street and many restaurants close by, we took an appartement with 2 bedrooms and it was huge with a big leaving room and 2 bathrooms.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again.

Mouldy shower, photos different from reality

The apartment was spacious, but the shower was mouldy. The sofa bed was ripped. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap promptly. Then they realised it was mould in the shower and said they would send a technician. I asked to swap rooms and they refused. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, and they said i need to deal with hotels.com. they said if i wanted to move hotels i needed to checkout by 12pm. Then they allowed for 1pm as the technicians to look at the mould hadnt arrived. I contacted hotels.coml who tried contacting the hotel and couldnt get thriugh to the approving manager. Mould is not safe, by this time I was fed up and wanted to move. I was unable to take a shower. Hotels.com eventually agreed to giving me credit to move to another hotel. Flatotel only apologised when i checked out. Ive noticed that when there are issues to do with money, the hotels are not interested in dealing with the customers and point us towards hotels.com. Technicians came to assess the situation. What they ended up doing i dont know, as by that time i was so frustrated id left. no ETA for fix given.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Kanskje litt mange barn i bassenget, men det er et familiehotell så det må man regne med. God frokost, men melken kan ikke sammenlignes med den gode norske. Fin service på dette hotellet.

Es la 3ra vez que reservo hotel que acepte mascotas en Hoteles.com en Flatotel de Benalmadena y cuando llego ademas de cobrarme un adicional por la mascota (sin que me den siquiera un recipiente para agua) me obligan a cambiar a otra habitación con un suplemento de casi el doble x día para darme una hatacion apta para mascotas que es igual a la que en otras oportunidades me han dado aunque no iba con mascota. Falta de shampu y jabón además del soporte de la ducha roto. Tuve que dejar el coche en la calle porque el aparcamiento gratuito estaba completo. Pero el recibo que me envian es solo por la cantidad que contrate con Hoteles.com sin los adicionales. Espero vuestra resolución Gracias

A primeira impressão foi ótima, pois o hotel é bem localizado, tem uma varanda voltada para o mar, e é espaçoso. Em contrapartida, a cozinha era 50% equipada, faltaram utensílios como colheres para cozinhar, panos, papel, dentre outros. O colchão da cama da sala era muito usado e torto. Os travesseiros muito altos, sem sabonete no lavatório. Não havia amenities e nem detergente para lavar os pratos. Mas o pior estava por vir: havia uma colônia de férias de crianças com mais de 100 adolescentes, impossibilitando o uso da piscina e demais dependências do hotel. E faziam atividades até a meia-noite! Mesmo reclamando do horário na recepção, nada foi resolvido. Dos três elevadores, somente um ou dois funcionavam. O corredor era uma gritaria de crianças o dia todo! Péssima experiência. O hotel poderia ter avisado disso antes. Enfim, não gostaria de voltar nesse hotel. A administração do apartamento é falha!

La propiedad excelente , habitaciones limpias y espaciosas , la atención en general muy bien solo un encuentro desagradable con una chica que atiende el restaurant buffet en la entrada el día mayo 22/2026 en la noche que fue áspera y grosera con el grupo , debería trabajar en su atención al cliente y sonreír como lo hace con sus colegas de trabajo pero con los clientes , pero todo lo demás excelente , gracias

Hotellet är rätt så gammalt. Krävs bil då det ligger ganska långt bort från centrala staden. Dörren till toaletten gick ej att stänga. När vi kom in till parkeringen, då var dörren öppen och det var bara att köra in, och när vi skulle ut blev vi varse om att vi behövde en polett för att bommen ska öppnas och att det skulle kosta 10 euro per dag. Det kommunicerades inte vid incheckningen om detta.
