Quase perfeito

Ótima localização. É um apartamento já mobiliado com talheres, pratos, etc. Apenas dois pontos negativos: primeiro que não tem filtro de água. Segundo é o acesso ao estacionamento o check in. Você tem que deixar o carro na rua pra fazer o check in e pegar o controle da garagem, mas é um setor bem movimentado então é difícil achar vaga.
