Overall, we were happy with the location. Below you’ll find a couple of bakery’s , laundry service, and convenience stores. There’s a huge mall located next door, and the staff is friendly.

The location was great as it was slightly outside of the busiest tourist areas, which was a very enjoyable thing because you got to see more of the locals. Food selections were plenty, convenience stores, gyms, pool all within walking distance. The building itself was nice but what REALLY stood out was the customer service.

It was like having your own apartment complete with equipment and some items for cooking. It was so nice to have the extra space to just relax and not be in a hotel room. The owner has thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. It’s close to shopping centres and restaurants so easy to get around in the area. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We arrived in the area of the property but through no fault of the owner we didn’t follow check in instructions correctly so we weren’t able to pin-point exactly where we were heading - definitely make sure you read the check in instructions so you aren’t walking around in Hanoi heat and humidity. Once we checked in we found a very well maintained property with everything required to enjoy our stay. The property itself was well maintained and in a building that was located in a very convenient area. It was good to be so close to a local shopping centre with a supermarket and other food places.

I stayed here for about 30 days on a long business trip, so I believe I can provide one of the most genuine reviews. During my stay, everything was comfortable and hassle-free, and I was fully satisfied with the accommodation. On one occasion, the microwave stopped working, but even though it was a holiday, the host immediately purchased and replaced it with a brand-new one. The responsiveness and level of service were as good as what you would expect from a hotel concierge. Thanks to this level of care, my stay was not only convenient but also very pleasant. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed accommodation.

The host was very clear and concise with his directions to find the property as well as access was very clear and consistent. Overall, the property was tidy a few spots could need a little extra elbow grease as far as cleaning but overall a very nice apartment with a incredible city view from the balcony, and lots of amenities nearby shopping restaurants and entertainment all very close and very good!! The host made this day, very comfortable and welcoming with this helpful directions and courteous nature!! Thank you for allowing me to be your guest. I had a great stay in your apartment!!

The room was clean, the position was very central The staff were friendly, and helpful. After a misunderstanding when we first arrived, it was fixed straight away Only problem was i didnt have signal no wifi so whatApp So i didnt receive instruction how to get the key This had nothing to do with the company. 일단 위치가 좋아요, 미딘 바로 앞은 아니지만 택시타고 한 5분거리에 위치해 있어서 숙박했다가 외출 나가기 괜찮은듯해요, 아파트 단지 밑에 마트랑 편의점도 있어서 간단히 뭘 사먹기도 좋습니다. 방 컨디션도 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 같이 간 사람들 모두 만족하고 왔어요
