O edifício tem acessibilidade complicada (cheio de degraus na entrada e lobby, e um elevador limitado). A entrada no edifício é complicada, o reconhecimento facial não reconheceu ninguém em nenhum dos momentos (para entrar e SAIR!!) e a equipe de vigias, atrás do vidro pareciam ignorar as pessoas até nos fazermos notar. O atendimento da moça responsável pelos aluguéis de temporada foi atenciosa e deu dicas. O apto padrão e tal, sem grandes confortos.

Apartamento excelente, super confortável, limpíssimo e o atendimento da Carol (VLV Stays) é nota mil. Conforto, localizacao sossegada, com mercado perto e praia com barracas boas proximo. Espaço muito bem montado, bem decorado e equipado, funcional , limpo e tudo muito novo. Localizado a apenas duas quadras de uma das melhores praias de Salvador, numa região com vários restaurantes. O prédio possui uma das melhores academias de condomínio que ja conheci além de uma bela piscina.
