The room was cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff is very friendly and professional. The toilet room should have a vent, and more light at the sinks, other than that everything was excellent. It is ashamed they do not have elevator, that will make it perfect.

GREAT boutique property, excellent room, hot showers, comfortable bed. Vanessa at reception was great and bilingual. Good location for walking and restaurants. The only downside was the 2 guys at reception talking, phoning, watching phone videos late at night as the noise made it hard to sleep if you have a room on the 1st floor, just a few meters from reception.

Property is well located with some nice restaurants walking distance. Nice little touches like free coffee at reception. Not to like - very noisy, especially if located on the ground floor. No windows and no housekeeping (available at an extra cost) Check in is labouriius and the staff not awfully helpful. Received a message after checking out advising there was a make up stain on the pillow - which is quite normal and doesn't exactly warrant a warning advising an extra cost could be incurred.... I wouldn't stay here again. Especially because other nice enough properties seemed to be available at walking distance.

This was a cute tiny room with a huge bed clean with no frills. I traveled alone so it worked for Me. Down side was it rained a lot and I had to mostly stay inside. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Started to see few tiny ants my last day guess they were in from the rain too lol. It’s a very hilly city but definitely walkable daytime. I used uber at night for safety. I had an early flight and the desk gentleman ordered me a taxi that was very prompt and kind. For a quick trip an inexpensive place go here.

FRIENDLY STAFF

The hotel is in a perfect location... a few minutes of walking to the heart of the city. All of the hotel employees are amazing. Very friendly and professional staff. They will go above and beyond for the visitors. You can't beat the price for the service and the quality you will receive. Bathroom and shower are very clean with hot and good pressure water. Beds are comfortable. I stayed in 2 separate rooms due to my cancelation on another location and they were extremely helpful to find a solution in the last minute because i was arriving after midnight. I want to thank to the entire staff for their beautiful smiles and professionalism. The price is perfect too for the service and the location. You will not regret to stay in this hotel.
