Fabulous unit in a nice neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping, etc just steps away. The host is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in/check out so easy. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Our second time in the same building, although different unit. We’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you!

This is truly the most ideal And perfect spot for anyone coming to Philly. Check in process is not clear- If you book through a third party and not the host directly, you must call to receive the check in links so you can access the door and get into the property. Was slightly stressful as this took some time but once I understood how to enter and exit I felt much better. So close to rittenhouse square. A truly perfect location

Great area, close to alot! Messages didnt get responded to, just the automated messages were coming through. New bed is strongly recommended. Space on one side was a little tight between the dresser. the balcony was a nice place to relax.

Great getaway spot

Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check.
