The property I stayed in was very quiet and was quite dated but yet very well maintained and extremely clean. This company has several sites and all would appear to bevery well run and the staff are very friendly. I choose this because it suited me. It might not suit everyone but digital down time sometimes is needed.

Lo único bueno que tenia era la cercanía a Village Noel, ya que podías entrar el coche al aparcamiento del apartamento y ir andando. El apartamento era diminuto y incluso encontramos una cucaracha. El techo del baño tenia humedades y la cortina de la ducha estaba amarilla. Levanté las sillas para barrer y fregar y las patas tenían mucho polvo apegado. La limpieza es muy justa.

Para empezar teníamos que ir a otra residencia para recoger las llaves, cuando llegamos no había nadie y me dejaron un mensaje con un número para llamar, llamé muchísimas veces hasta que alguien se digne a descolgar el teléfono. Llegado al alojamiento, no era como esperábamos, unos colchones insufribles, la terraza sucia, el mando de la TV no funcionaba, se iba la señal, la entrada a la piscina cerrada, era un hotel fantasma, no nos cruzamos con nadie para preguntar. Eso sí, las llaves venía con un montón de instrucciones de cómo teníamos que dejar la habitación, para que me devuelvan la fianza. En general, a ninguno de mi familia le gustó, pero el pueblo es agradable y tranquilo para descansar.

Desagradable experiencia.

Las fotos son mentiras ni parecidas a la realidad. Las habitaciones un muy mal estado. empezando los baños estan muy deteriorados, sucios y un olor terrible. la persona que atiende es una sola y solo habla frances (la comunicacion es terrible). NO HAY WIFI, Tv de 20 pulgadas solo canales en frances, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el olor a fumigacion es muy fuerte casi no dormi. fueron tantas cosas que no se como resumirlo. De los 15 paises que he visitado y los 150 hoteles que he experimientado este ha sido el peor. muy pero muy mala experiencia.

Hôtel vraiment vétuste à revoir en intégralité. Salle de bains franchement d'une autre époque, baignoire abimée jusqu'à la "trame" Accueil inexistant, obligée de me rendre en voiture ailleurs pour les clés ! Cosignes sur le papier pour le départ complètement fausses on ne voit personne Il est obligatoire de faire un ménage sinon la caution pourrait être retenue, mais il n'y a rien à disposition même pas une éponge et un liquide quelconque. Lorsque vous êtes que de passage, il faut tout acheter, c'est navrant.. Malgré tout la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone était charmante et efficace. L'appart mériterait une petite clim au moins, il faisait 35 insupportable ! Pour passer 2 ou 3 nuits c'est parfait car au bord de la plage situation impeccable. hors saison très calme c'est appréciable, mais vraiment un rafraichissement est fortement recommandé...et rapidement !

Séjour parfait vu sur Mer et piscine la mère et vraiment a 1 min . Juste le petit bémol c’est qu’on dois venir a 17 h pour pouvoir rentre dans la chambre sa fait vraiment tard ´ et le matin du départ quitter la chambre à 10 heur je trouve sa pas juste vraiment il peuvent au moins nous faire quitter la chambre à 12 h comme tout l’es autre hôtel car y’a le temps de faire le ménage vu qu’on peu prendre une chambre que à partir de 17 h sinon super cool bon séjour petit balcon

Bon sejour mais manque de chose pratique

Pour une location en bord de plage il manque une machine a laver ou au moins un point laverie dans l etablissement. Il manque cruellement une bouilloire et un micro onde serait vraiment bien a la olace du mini four ... la housse de canape serait a changer aussi ainsi que le matelas dont on sent chaque latte ... en dehors de ces petits points pratiques qui font defaut l appartement est agreable et confortable.

La note peu flatteuse pour "environs" s'explique par le fait que de l'appartement la vue sur la mer et la piscine est bouchée par un toit "pyramidal marron" (la chambre 115 est donc à éviter si l'on veut par exemple le matin déjeuner face à une vue agréable sur la mer). A par cela, l'hôtel est bien situé et les environs (Le Bacarès, le bord de mer.... ) offrent de belles promenades. La ville et le département offrent des facilités de déplacement (services de cars à prix très abordables pour se libérer de la voiture). Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer sous les meubles de salle de bain et les couvertures devraient être nettoyées.

Avons été déçu par l'appartement: besoin d'un bon raffraichissement au niveau de la salle de bain,le balcon est très petit et à refaire aussi,manque d'ustenciles de cuisine(bouilloire,casseroles diverses,...)Appartement non conforme à la photo, j'avais demandé une vue sur mer,comme sur la photo,j'ai eu vue sur parking.Grosse déception pour le couchage, très vieux clic-clac avec sa housse sale,usée et le pire,c'est que le matelas était hors d'usage,et avec trois énormes taches, ainsi que la housse du matelas, obligé de le retourner et d'enlever la housse en attendant de pouvoir aller à l'agence(2 jours +tard car fermée)Lundi,en journée, soi-disant,changement de la housse,et bien non,détachage loupé car la tache était toujours apparente,tout c'est arrangé après nouvelle visite à l'agence,et,pas mal de plaintes de la part d'autres vacanciers .Pas sérieux, décevant.

L’annonce ne correspond pas avec les photos. Pas de chambre, pas de vue sur la mer, pas de clim et pas de courant d’air possible. On a retrouvé un cafard mort dès notre arrivée, ménage moyennement fait. Peu d’intimité sur la terrasse, on entend les moindres paroles des voisins. De plus, difficile de contacter l’agence qui s’occupe de la résidence, personnel non chalent. Je ne recommande pas.

Super petite semaine de vacances ! Accès à la plage à pied en passant par la piscine, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est très pratique. On accède au centre et aux commerce également à pied en prenant la voie aménagée en bord de plage. Chambre rénovée, sympa, sans clim (mais on le savait) ; nous avions donc prévu un ventilateur pendant la période de canicule. On entend la musique la nuit étant donné que la plus grande boite du sud de la France n'est pas loin, mais en vacances, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Retrait des clés très simple à notre arrivée en pleine nuit via une boite à clé à l'extérieure de l'accueil ; bien-sûr, il faut prévoir et prévenir avant l'arrivée si celle-ci ne se fait pas durant les horaires d'ouverture.

Les photos du site ne ressemble franchement pas à ce que j'ai trouver sur place aussi réception n est jms disponible et inexistante sur place faut le savoir avec des enfants c est très difficile de ne pas avoir de service et de réception... aucune proposition de sortie visite ou autre Les appartements sont vieux le mobilier aussi et la literie est à changer : vs laisse le dos en compote.... Le mobilier laisse à désirer et ne parlons mm pas des équipements qui date matuzalem Pas de serviette bi ni drap ni de taie d'oreiller ect tt service payant! Et très chère pour une pension ressemble à un foyer non à une résidence de vacances Très très très déçus de ce séjour arnaque !!! La vue sur mer c est vue sur parking aucune vue sur mer sa aussi faut être prévenu ne vs fier pas au photos c est une arnaque grave Depuis plus de 20ans je pars dans cette station n à jamais eu ce genre de soucis merci Lagrange vacance!!!

Der var ingen til at udlevere en nøgle da vi ankom, og vi havde ingen beskeder fået om, hvor vi skulle hente nøglen. En flink franskmand hjalp os, og vi brugte 1 time på at komme ind. Vi fik brug for at blive 2 nætter ekstra, og mødte op på hotellets kontor oppe i byen i deres åbningstid. Men hende der skulle være der, havde taget en fridag. Så vi sørgede selv for at blive flyttet ind på nabo hotellet. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Vi havde ikke fået besked om, at poolen ikke var åben. Receptionisten at det var hotels.com, som skulle have informeret os om det, og hotels.com skulle også have informeret om, hvor vi skulle hente nøglen. Vi booker aldrig noget igennem hotels.com igen, og bor ikke på Playa Lydia igen!!!

No soap for bathroom or kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper and then you have to buy your own Difficulty Finding office where to check in - then even more problem finding the right building. The woman checking us in only spoke French so directions were not clear to us. However in the end she had us follow her car to the right building. A 300 euro deposit is required with a lengthly list of fines imposed if cleaning instructions are not followed- wash floor, remove garbage, etc. New mattress and pillows needed also -very nice sheets provided for us to make our own bed - never had to do this before!!! More information should be provided by hotel

Las llaves y las toallas se tienen que ir a buscar al lado de un bar. Hay un cartel que lo indica pero sin dirección. Es un poco caótico si no tienes Internet. Por el resto muy bien.
