Very Happy With The Visit

Nice, modern accommodation in a central area in Bogotá! Atlantis shopping center literally across the street, with its shopping and food options, and a good basecamp for exploring the capital of Colombia! Very friendly receptionists as well! Nice rooftop terrace too!

The room is updated and nice decorated for the price but the check in process and the service level was not satisfactory. It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation.

I stayed there for two nights, one night when I arrived in Colombia, and the last night before I left the country. The first night I was put into a room close to the lift - it was nice and quiet. The other night, however, I was put into a room facing the street. It was super noisy as the hotel is next to a disco and you could hear the music the whole night. It was pretty loud, impossible to sleep. I won't stay there again
