This property is a residence in an alley near the road. we were placed in a slightly nicer room which has a private bathroom. We upgraded to stay in this room because it was very nice. Decor is retro Vietnamese with wood everywhere, wood staircase and the room was wood from fllor to windows and furniture. beautiful. big beds with memory foam, clean shower stall with glass door so we had dry floor!!! Yes. Operator was responsive and prompt with requests via Zalo. Zalo is like Whatsapp and I'm in with my US phone number. A must have since the SIMs we get are like "foeigner" which I can rarely make or receive calls here in Vietnam. This way you can make calls to most of the people here because they have Zalo; some have Whatsapp. We stepped outside and across the small street and there was local food all over the place. There was only local vietnamese eating here. We like it like that, authenticity! A local market was nearby for fresh fruits. This time we ate jackfruit 3 times, bananas and guavas!!! Yeah.

Very helpful staff and you felt like home, we were allowed being in the kitchen drinking our coffee. Only thing that can be improved is the very thin matress in the room, it was like sleeping on the floor.
