There are a few shops and a pharmacy directly in front of the hotel which was convenient. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 min uber/taxi ride. The pool was closed for maintenance when I arrived so I did not get to use it this visit.

The room did not have air conditioning, and there were no bedside tables (nightstands) in the bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom shower was very difficult to adjust, making it hard to control the hot and cold water temperature.

The rooms are nice but lack maintenance. There are some small touches that can easily be done with small fixes or replacement. It really would have been 10 out of 10 otherwise. Like the sheets are clean but you can see they need replacing. The bathroom is clean but unused fixtures remain and are even rusty, the soap bottle went through a war and the dishwashed dishes could have used a hand wash to make them spotless clean. But thats it. The location is perfect. Has everything you need and very modern chique! Loved it overall there is no AC! But the place is cool!

The room was clean and neat. The accommodation was great. I appreciate Mr.Daniel who help us thru the whole process. He made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Rionegro.

Check in was difficult ... when we arrived the lights were off and the building seemed closed. A man spoke to us through the window to find out why we were there. We finally convinced him that we had a room reserved for the night. He let us in the building, checked us in and gave us our key. The room was as described.

My room was spacious and very nice. There are some minor details that might require attention as there is the usual wear or damage of usage. Overall it’s a nice and quiet place to spend a night or two, while continuing your journey.

We arrived early and they did their best to accommodate us. The apartment showed signs of disrepair - made with poor quality materials - tap leaking, laminate floor lifting, etc. The sofa bed was comfortable but the curtains do little to block out the extremely bright lights outside - I kept waking up thinking it was daytime.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of not knowing how to access the wifi. I messaged on the app and even called his phone, with no response at any time. The place was clean, spacious, convenient to the airport, quiet, and safe

I do not give a 5 star rating as i had problems with the hot water (i was taking a bath and suddenly i didn't have hot water at all). Other than that was a great place to stay, close to the Airport, very clean. I recommend to stay.

Stayed at the property a couple of nights. For the price, it was a very nice apartment. The owner was very responsive, place was clean, with 24hr security. The only "cons" were the no access to any food options other than using Rappi App. Please note, there is no A/C however there was no need for it. The only other thing I would recommend to the owner is to please have paper towels in the kitchen area

I used this place for an overnight layover, and honestly, I wouldn't want to stay any longer than that. Hot water was unreliable, bedsheets were questionably clean, and the coffee maker is just there to make you dream of the coffee you could have if they had left any coffee at all. There are no grocery stores anywhere close. Only a pharmacy and a small breakfast place which is great because that will be the only coffee you will see unless you bring your own in. The building and neighborhood are ok, though. Don't expect too much, and you'll be ok. It still is better than sleeping at the airport.

It’s ok. Not great. But clean and with a full kitchen. Not giving five stars because staff is not that useful and because the door is clearly not a door but a wooden table (its weird, but any 7 years old could break into it).

The room smelled a little weird. The security Carlos was dull. I asked for an early check in and nothing was confirmed i thought this was a hotel maybe i shouldve read a little longer. If youre foreign wifi connection isnt so great either. Nothing really accessible in the area

When I arrived & checked in to my room, my bed sheets was dirty & the pillowcases was stained & smelly. The electrical outlet in the main bathroom didnt work. I contacted the property owner & he said he would send someone out on Monday. I checked out Tuesday & no one ever came in Monday to repair. The body was in the tub was also empty.
The bed sheets was put on inside out.
