We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!

Lovingly furnished, brand new, bikes included and a great pool on the rooftop. Beach is only 5min walk. I recommend the tiny cafe around the corner for a snack.

We had very nice acomodation, the apartment its good size and very well located near the beach . the rooftop has amazing ocean view , we loved our week in the apartment so cozy and perfect for our family with two kids. The building has parking but sometimes there are not spaces however the street is safe to park ,the neighborhood feels very local, which makes it perfect for visiting Mexico as you find shops and businesses around with very affordable prices.

The property is not close to the main section of town. You have to take a taxi there. We lost power for almost a whole day. They had no emergency power so we couldn't even take a shower. Value wise is Ok just know that its not close to main business district and if power is lost there is no emergency power.

Excelente ubicación, puedes llegar al mar en unos cuantos minutos caminando hay una cafetería justo al lado lo que hace excelente si no quieres cocinar. Mi estancia fue muy agradable con mi pareja ya que había privacidad en el edificio y sus amenidades son de lujo, además de ser nuevo y estar todo en perfectas condiciones. El host contestaba rápido a mis mensajes. El mejor Apartamento en playa del Carmen.

Disfrute mucho mi estancia con mi familia en Sunset Kin, el departamento esta hermoso y todas las comodidades para una familia. Lo mejor es el Rooftop con vista al mar. El vecindario es un lugar tranquilo sin vendendores de la 5ta. Avenida lo que hace que no se escuche ruido y puedas descansar.
