Very new and super clean, it is operated by the hotel near the station, so it is very clean. Include washing and drying machine. Great location! Just outside the noisy area, but near many good restaurants, try the ramen nearby it is popular and delicious

Room temperature is a bit cold and towels were not exchanged. Room condition is good and clean but communication was not easy and not able to access to hotel manager.

Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall could have been a good place, but I am pretty frustrated by the communication and lack of provisions for more than 2 people.

周辺に駐車場が多く、とても助かりました。チェックイン等もスムーズでお部屋も綺麗にされており快適に過ごすことができました。徒歩圏内にコンビニもありますのでまた鹿児島に行く際は検討させていただくかと思います！

신축 건물에 내부 시설도 매우 깨끗합니다. 3인 3박 이용에 불편합이 없었습니다. 수건은 처음 제공된 것을 세탁기를 이용해 세탁 건조해서 재사용하는 시스템입니다. 무인 호텔을 처음 이용하는 분들은 다소 어려울 수 있지만 체크인 방법 등을 미리 숙지하면 가성비 좋은 호텔이 될 것입니다. 주변에 편의점 맛집 많습니다.
