Great location for everything a person needs for shopping, entertainment, restaurants and proximity to parks. The building is newer construction and has a modern layout. The terrace is absolutely stunning with a 360 view of the surroundings. The a/c is nice to have because some apartments face the sunshine daily and can get hot. The gym is we'll equipped with weights and cardio equipment. The only real drawback is the hallway has an echoing sound when people talk and slam doors that can be heard inside of the apartments because lack of soundproofing. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay while in Laureles.
