O espaço é bem parecido com o anúncio , mas eu tive um grande problema com vazamento da água do chuveiro, dava retorno no ralo sob a pia e gerou inundação no banheiro, fiquei 2 dias com o problema, de fato foi resolvido, mas me gerou um transtorno, sem falar do mal cheiro no banheiro. No mais é bem localizado e o prédio tem uma sistema interessante de acesso q gera uma sensação de segurança
