The room was small, but included everything needed for a week in Cartagena. Both the room abd the bathroom were clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was amzing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Generally very nice and clean. Convenient markets (D1 and one other) right at the front of the hotel. Would have liked to have a trash chute to dispose of trash, instead of carrying small plastic bags constantly downstairs and hunting for a receptacle or dumpster.

The rooms are very comfortable and necessary for a short stay. The only uncomfortable thing is the noise from the hallway outside the doors where you can hear everything, voices and doors as if it were inside the room.

The room was fine, however the bathroom sink did not drain properly in either of the rooms and attempts to reach out to the property was not actioned. I wanted to extend my stay.. so I booked and extra night even after contacting and escalating with Expedia I could not get the booking merged, I was charged the property fees twice. Finally I was able to connect via phone after many attempts .
