I had an incredible stay! The apartment was clean and cozy, and the view was amazing. Truly a gem in the city—everything is within walking distance or just a quick Uber ride away.

I like the fact that it was quiet, but still around a lot of great restaurants walking distance. The pool is clean and the condo overall itself with a wrap around balcony. It was dope definitely booking again.

Everything was great! The quality of the accommodation was excellent – it was spacious and clean, and the private parking was a big plus. Diana responded quickly, helpfully, and provided all the necessary information. If we come back to Miami, we’ll definitely choose this property again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the plates, cookware, and utensils we needed for our family stay. The balcony offered beautiful city views along with a partial ocean view. We also enjoyed walking along the bayfront boardwalk and were lucky enough to spot two manatees! Communication with the host company was outstanding. They were very responsive via text and quickly addressed a minor issue we had with the shower - it was fixed the same day. Their customer service was truly 5-star. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Miami. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointing and heart breaking! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with great views but filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained, the walls dirty, the bathroom had mold, the washer was disgusting. A closet door was broken. It was sad to stay in nice place with potential, a good deep cleaning can turn it around. The facilities were ok, the pool and seating areas needed some up keeping. It had great views, parking was easy, however I will never stay there again as the the place was not well kept and filthy. I made the host aware, they wanted to send a carpet cleaner but it was too late for us. Never again!

Para el precio no es un lugar que llene las expectativas. Solamente dejaron 2 toallas disponibles y ambas húmedas. La refrigeradora no tenía el agua conectada por lo que tampoco hacía hielo. Vajilla incompleta y en general no se veía el apartamento lo suficientemente limpio.
