Apart from the various stains on the couch, the rest of the apartment was clean. We did report the stains to the front desk but no intervention was done. In-suite laundry is extrenely convienent and the kitchen has basic utensils. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from the station.

Hotel is about 15 min walk to Namba shopping district. A big supermarket ’Life’ is 5 min away. Good kitchen. However, there’s no coffee or tea provided. Clean and quiet.

Spaces are tight, but has everything. Love having a kitchen! The closest subway station is 10 min walk and It's roughly 15 min walk to Namba station.

The service is outstanding. Amenities are free . They think about their guests. There is also some manned reception at least during regular hours. It is easy to get to. Midosuji line is walkable. Highly recommend.

It's almost like a serviced apartment as there's a small kitchen with utensils available, washing machine and detergent can be requested at reception. Unfortunately it's quite noisy as you often hear others in the floors above/below as well as outside. Also a fair distance from the train stations.

Our stay in Namba Osaka, Japan was absolutely wonderful, and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything about this place deserves high praise — from the warm, attentive staff to the excellent amenities and beautifully maintained rooms. The entire property was spotless, and everything worked perfectly, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was thoughtfully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The layout made great use of the space, so it never felt cramped or inconvenient during our stay. We especially loved the thoughtful details that made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Having a laundry machine inside the room was incredibly convenient, especially for a family traveling with kids, and clothes dried surprisingly fast. The mini kitchen was also very useful for preparing simple meals and snacks. The bathroom and toilet were some of the best we’ve experienced modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for unwinding after busy days exploring Osaka. The patio added a lovely touch, giving us a cozy place to sit back and enjoy the calm surroundings. Overall, we truly loved our stay here and would happily return the next time we visit Japan.

Einfach ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchgehend super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer entspannt drauf. Egal was man gebraucht hat, sie sind einem wirklich immer entgegengekommen. Ich hatte z. B. mehrere Pakete bestellt, und das war überhaupt kein Problem, alles wurde problemlos angenommen. Sogar schon Tage vor dem Check-in konnten wir unser Gepäck abgeben, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Hotel war sauber, angenehm und insgesamt einfach eine richtig gute Erfahrung. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

遅い時間のチェクインでしたが、 フロントとの方にも丁寧に対応いただき スムーズにチェックインする事が出来ました‼︎ 旅行の移動で疲れていたので助かりました。 駐車場も近くにコインパーキングあり ホテル前に停めることができましたし 近くにも色々な施設があり便利で良かったです♪

駐車場ありと記載があったのですが、2〜3台？程しか駐車できないようで向かいの有料駐車場に停める事になりました。駐車場はないと思った方が良いと思います。 スタッフの方は説明も丁寧で良かったです。 お部屋もかなりコンパクトでしたがほとんど外出している状態なので問題ありませんでした。 難波駅へは歩いて10分程で行けます。

這次入住的旅店真的讓人很滿意，價格實惠之外，交通位置也相當方便。櫃檯服務時間從 09:00 到 24:00，都有人員協助，讓人很安心。3 樓還設有行李暫放區，搭配監視設備，安全性也加分不少。 備品部分也很齊全，一、二樓都能自由取用牙刷、睡衣、毛巾與浴巾，對旅客來說非常貼心。最加分的是居然有廚房，可以到不遠處大國町站附近的超市採買食材回來自己料理，對想省錢或想吃點清淡的人來說真的很方便。 另外，浴室、馬桶、流理台是分開設計，使用上更自在不擁擠，還附有洗衣機，對長天數旅遊也很友善。 整體住宿體驗非常好，舒適又便利，下次再來關西旅遊一定會再回訪！

子供2人と私でセミダブルひとつの部屋を予約していました。少し狭いけど安いし我慢だわと思っていたのですが、ソファーがベッドになる仕様になっていて、掛け布団とシーツもワンセット準備してくださっていました。 これは本当に嬉しかったし助かりました。 おかげで広々眠ることができました。 子連れだとJRなんば駅から10分くらい歩きますが、清潔感もあるし、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きの2ドアのものがあるし、ポットやガウンもあります。 個人的には靴を脱いであがるアパートスタイルなのが良かったです。 清潔感も申し分ないしコスパ的には最高です。 また予約したいと思います。
