On arrival, we were told the apartment was not at the advertised address. After a 40-minute wait in 36°C heat, we were taken to another location. The apartment was nothing like the listing, smelled damp, had poor ventilation, and raised fire safety concerns, so we refused to stay. We were then offered a second apartment 20 minutes away and waited again for bedding and towels. About three hours were lost, causing stress and cutting into our family break.

Great location for visiting historical sites, the vatican, and Trestevere. You can walk to everything. So many piazzas nearby. Can’t go wrong here.

This property is in a basement level and has evidence of mold. The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all. We had to leave and make a separate reservation as I was told that it was advertised as an underground apartment, The posting showed multiple apartments as it is a managed by a group, and it was not evident that the unit would be a basement level. However, due to the humidity and clear lack of regular deep cleaning, the condition of this place makes it a hazard for a family with allergies to dust and mold.

Unfortunately, our experience with the apartment did not meet our expectations. The apartment appeared to be in a basement and was not in an acceptable condition. It had a strong unpleasant odor, the kitchen was not clean, and we noticed what appeared to be mold in several areas, including on the blankets. As we did not feel the apartment was clean or suitable to stay in, we decided to leave immediately. Unfortunately, we were unable to find alternative accommodation for five people at such short notice, so we spent the night walking around with our luggage and were unable to get any sleep.

The apartment was not what was promised, what we paid for, or what was advertised. It was located two blocks away from the advertised location, which was very disappointing. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty. It had clearly not been cleaned after the previous tenants. We were told that someone would come by 4:00 PM to clean it, and they eventually did. However, the bathtub drain was so clogged with dirt that the water would not drain. We reported the issue, and it was fixed. We also discovered that the air conditioning was not working. After we complained, it was repaired as well. However, when guests are paying this much for a property, everything should be inspected, cleaned, and fully functional before they arrive. The rental host initially responded quickly but then referred me to another person who apparently manages several properties. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing. I hope Expedia looks into this matter so that future guests do not have the same experience.

위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 주변 캄포 디 피오리의 매일 열리는 시장 등은 정말 훌륭했어요 다만, 객실 청소상태는 정말 별로입니다. 벌레 사체들이 바닥에 떨어져있고 먼지는 쌓여있는데 청소했냐 물어보니 청소 당일에 했다고 하더라구요. 또 어메니티는 원래 기본제공이 아닌지 샴푸 통이 3개나 있는데 대부분 비워져있어요. 주방 후드는 작동 안하고 드라이기는 먼지 쌓인거 하나 , 먼지는 없지만 작동안하는 것 하나 이런식으로 있네요.

Absolut ikke det der vises på Hotels.com. Det er falsk beskrivelse og falske billeder. Det er en kælderlejlighed med 15 trin ned, selvfølgelig uden vinduer. Lejligheden er er fugtig og har kælderlugt.

Bu zamana kadar kaldığımız neredeyse en kötü oteldi. İlk defa fotoğraflarla alakası olmayan bir oda gördük. İnanılımaz nemli ve küf kokuyordu. Saat 06:30 da üst kattaki çalışanların gürültüsü oluyordu. Her yerde havalandırma cihazları hava temizleyicileri olmasına rağmen solunası bir havası yoktu. Gece geç gelip sabah erken çıkmaya çalıştık ki odada vakit geçirmeyelim

Rymlig lägenhet

Boendet ligger välfigt centralt men på kvällar/nätter känns att folkvimmel från Campo Fiori befinner sig i vardagsrummet, så lyhört. Vi var en familj med 4 vuxna och ett barn 1,5 år så lägenheten var tillräckligt stor och rymlig med kök. Rekommenderar till ett sällskap/familj som är inte känslig för ljudet utifrån!
