We rented the one with the hot tub, they just have is a different room and said "out of season by 4 days."

Quite a noisy neighbourhood. Lots of traffic and construction going on. Parking is very tight, if you have a big car, think again. Apartment was smallish to accommodate 4 adults. But it was clean and close to beach and town centre
