Good and Bad - Fact Check.

We stayed for 4 nights in this property. Our first day apartment we checked-in was not good as it was located on lower floors 4th Floor of the building adjacent to the pool area. It was infested with roaches everywhere. Bath rooms were smelly and unbearable. Could not stay in the apartment for more than 30 Minutes. But then we asked for a change in apartment due to such terrible conditions. They relocated us to another apartment the next day that was nice, clean and without bathroom smell. It was on higher floor 14th Floor. The booking mentioned it as 3 Bedroom apartment whereas actually on-site its a combination of 2 bedroom apartment + 1 Studio single room apartment. Both are separate and have different entrances as they are not connected. So basically its 2 bedroom apartment and another 1 bedroom studio clubbed together for booking purpose only. I am not posting photos or videos of the bad part here as I conveyed my message of getting it rectified to the management already. Hope they will look into it and some other traveller will not have to go through such inconvenience again. Apart from that location is good, quiet and user friendly experience with parking, amenities, stores at GF.
