Beautiful private development that is somewhat isolated and on a steep hillside. Depending on location of your villa, there may be quite a climb to get up from beach/pool/restaurant. We took taxis/uber to get to town for other food and other beach.

A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.

It was our first time staying at this resort. The home/property that we resided in during our visit was nice and well maintained. The home was very comfortable and surroundings was quiet. The resort itself was clean, safe and well maintained. The resort staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort restaurant was very good and had many food/drink options. Beautiful location!

This was an awesome place to stay and we had a great time. The resort is located on a private beach. The 3 bedroom villa was nice and had a nice view of the ocean. The restaurant was very good and the staff were great! The hotel management was very helpful with assisting us with adventure tours. Just make sure to bargain with them on the price of the tours. Would recommend that you stop in Liberia on the way to the resort for groceries as it has a very nice grocery store.

The hotel staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was not that great. Definitely make sure you have a car or you’ll have to climb mountains to go anywhere. Definitely don’t book the studio room- it isn’t very clean and it isn’t in a good location.
