I enjoyed the stay here, the room was big and comfortable. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The staff was super kind. I will probably come again.

Studio is small and no room cleaning during my 4 nights’ stay. Checked in a 2 am and the FO told me my booking was canceled. Asked me to stay waiting until 9 am for his manager. After 20 min discussing, he agreed to check again and found my reservation. Rude and incompetent. I don’t like posting these comments. Not fair for a business to depend on 1 person, but unfortunately this was my experience.

Terrible experience all an all. There were no towels in the rooms, there is no reception, people don’t have english to communicate. Gym doesn’t have AC (we are in Riyadh), there is nothing. They didn’t give me any water after first day (since no room Service). There is not a coffee even in the building. I had no hot water on the shower. My bedside lamp wasn’t working. There were no bedside plugs to charge. They have a kitchen but no utencils, not even a tea spoon. Everything in the kitchen is from somewhere else, I believe whatever they salvage.
