Nice room quality - price!

Very neat and spacious room, but a bit far from the historical centre. However, there’s a bus station at walking distance, around 500m. If you’re coming by car it’s an excellent option, but if you just finished “o Camiño do Santiago” then your feet won’t appreciate it much :-)

Hot water came out of the tap yellowish. Reported to the main desk and was told it might be normal. No attempt to address the concern or verify the safety of the water. We were particularly concerned because we were travelling with an infant. The area has lots of free parking, and is not close to much of anything. 6 minute walk to a gas station with a small grocery. About a 25 minute walk to Santiago’s sights.

This stay could be outstanding with some further attention to customer service, dining facilities, heating and consideration of another set of laundry facilities at the other end of the complex. Despite two visible radiators, not one worked. I would have frozen without my hot water bottle; I caught a cold during my stay. The location was excellent for my two work destinations and apartment very clean. Housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Washing and drying machines lacked attention and had a lot of user traffic; one of each machine was challenging to navigate. Service at reception, apart from one young man with fluent English, varied day to day. Assisting travellers transport luggage in the heavy rain when two operatives are present would have been a nice touch, as more communication via email, SMS, an app or verbally for simple services such as cleaning timetables, when the internet is unavailable or to reserve a taxi onwards. I waited half an hour for a cab booked by the receptionist after I checked out, though was not once offered a recall to the cab company, to check the status. Ultimately I was offered a lift from my onward bound guest, who advised cabs are not reservable in advance unless to the airport. Be warned. Worth €40 a night, €70, I would reconsider in future.

Barre d'immeuble avec Tours. Il faudrait préciser le numéro de la porte où se trouve l'accueil pour éviter de parcourir tout le long RDC de l'immeuble Chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine. Très mauvaise insonorisation : bruits de la pluie, de l'ascenseur, des descentes d'eau WC et salle d'eau, de la circulation dans le couloir, de l'étage au dessus... A 15' à pied, un grand supermarché Carrefour A 5' à pied, la ligne de bus n°1 pour rallier le centre ville. Nous avions demandé 1 place de parking qui semblait OK. Nous ne l'avons pas eu. Il semblerait qu'ils en aient 2 ou 3, et qu'ils auraient eu un problème technique : "fausse barbe"... Trouver un hôtel plus près du centre ville et se garer en parking souterrain (payant) ne nous paraît pas une mauvaise option...

Espectacular! Todo limpio, en especial el baño se encontraba inmaculado, hermoso de limpio. Las facilidad de tener cocina es una ventaja. Die Anlage selbst und auch das Apartement waren gut und sauber. Kann man weiter empfehlen. Leider war das Finden der Anlage ein Desaster. Über eine Stunde Suche, ein Freude für jeden Fan von Suchspiele oder GeoCaching. Von Außen in keinster Weise als Hotelanlage zu erkennen und auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage bei Anwohnern völlig unbekannt. Hier besteht noch großer Bedarf zur Nachbesserung.

La puerta se movía cuando alguien de otro apartamento cerraba la suya. La bañera escurre y estaba bastante oxidada en el desagüe y el wáter no estaba bien anclado al suelo, y cuando te sentaba o te levantabas se movía.
