Need a lot of refurbishment. Difficult +++ to access the building and difficult to discuss with the owner; so, we had to contact Expedia to get them contacting manager to get access to the room. More than 1 hour waiting in front of the door with kid and luggages.

Door doesn’t lock from the inside so our toddler was able to open it. I messaged to ask if there was a way to lock it, with no reply. Inside looking shoddy and not like the pictures. Beds very uncomfortable.

Slow and unhelpful communications. I stayed in the apartment alone, and I wasn't aware while booking that I will always need to have my phone with me in order to get in. Once I checked in, I reached out to the management team and asked for a physical key, but it took 4 days until they said that yes, they have a physical key, and they might give it to me. By then my stay was over and I had to leave. I wasn't able to go for a run or a swim because I had to carry my phone with me when getting out. My holiday was spoilt, and I'm extremely disappointed with the slow and unhelpful communications. The decorations are old and some are broken, towels are grey, not white, and the kitchen utensils are what I'd call the bare minimum. But the area is quiet and feels safe, and the metro Llacuna is about 7-8 mins walk.

Als wir in der Unterkunft angekommen sind wurden wir überrascht von dem unsauberen Zustand der Wohnung. Es lagen noch die alten Handtücher der Vormieter drinnen, dreckige Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken und die Müllsäcke in der Küche. Die Wohnung sah auch schon sehr abgenutzt aus, überall waren verschmierte Wände sowie kaputte Möbel. Dementsprechend haben wir uns bei der spanischen Unterkunft gemeldet und unsere Reisetax sowie Kaution nach ein paar Tagen erhalten. Dies ist aber auch wirklich das einzig Positive an dieser Unterkunft gewesen. Als es um den Punkt Rückerstattung ging wurden wir tagelang vertröstet, bis wir Expedia selber einschalten mussten. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen bei diesen Bedingungen.
