This property is a seniors independent living facility, however the rooms were immaculately clean and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information. The location ensured a peaceful nights sleep for our family of four.

Les chambres sont dans une résidence senior. L’état de l’appartement est excellent très propre. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre une fois que les étages sont servis. Ce n’est pas un petit déjeuner continental, très peu de choses à proposer. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, les appartements sont grands et très bien entretenus. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture nous obligeant à rester plusieurs jours de plus sur place et le personnel a été très arrangeant. Nous recommandons.

Tout d'abord en réservant l'appart hôtel ce pas précisé que c'est dans une résidence seniors ,ont avez impression d'être dans un hôpital et le couloirs sentez mauvais. Je ne retournerais plus dans cette établissement

Quelques services à améliorer

Mon séjour s'est bien passé mais il n'y a pas d'accueil vraiment dédié à l'appart'hôtel mais plus pour la résidence sénior donc pour le règlement, cela n'a pas été simple. Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre, c'est pas très sympathique et entre 7h30 et 8h pour un séjour d'affaires, c'est un peu tard. Pour terminer le logement n'est pas équipé d'un sèche cheveux !

Très bel appartement mais très compliqué à trouver! Si vous vous rendez sur place, ne cherchez pas Zenao appart’hôtel, c’est un autre nom! Une résidence seniors dont j’ai oublié le nom….. Si vous cherchez Zenao Appart’hôtel Blagnac sur le net vous ne trouvez aucun numéro, que des mails, j’ai passé 15 minutes à le chercher et à demander aux gens autour de moi si il connaissait cet hôtel…. C’est en allant dans ma réservation que j’ai trouvé « contacter l’hôtel » et que j’ai donc pu tomber sur une dame qui rigolait du fait que je ne trouve pas alors que c’était tellement simple, il a fallu qu’elle me fasse coucou par une fenêtre car elle ne connaissait pas le nom non plus… Sinon l’appartement était bien…😅

À ma grande surprise, il s’agit d’un établissement pour personnes âgées. Je suis arrivé le soir et les personnes, qui m’ont accueilli, bien que très gentille, semblait néophyte, et n’avait pas la réponse à toutes mes questions. Le lendemain matin, je n’avais personne pour éditer la facture L’établissement est impeccable au niveau propreté et il est refait à neuf.
