The location is about 10 minutes walk to the heart of China town. That's pretty much the only good thing about the stay. First of all, when I booked the place, it listed as it fits 6 people. Before we checked in, we were requested to complete a check in form, which asked use to pay 600 baht per night to set up the sofa bed or they won't provide any bedding for the sofa bed. Second, there is no sound proofing at all. You get to hear every single steps between floors, you also can hear every conversations from your next door neighbors and the noise from the street which is only separated by a glass patio sliding door. Third, there are two 1/2 baths and both are about 3 x 6 feet. There is only a toilet and a shower head so when you shower, everything gets wet. Also, they only provide a watered down body soap.
