It was very difficult to communicate with the facility. We never saw someone it is all selfcheck in. But it was very difficult to have information from them. You have to really read the instructions. They do not react on the Hotels.com messages, we booked several rooms. And we came all at different times. Communication and how to communicate with guests is important. Not everyone is digital,

房间还是很棒的，主要在拿钥匙的环节非常扣分，一开始保安说没有我的房间，各种打电话才解决，比较像公寓式的住宿，如果第一晚到达比较晚可能要谨慎考虑
