Booked room at 8pm. Tried many ways to contact property for late check-in around midnight. Arrived to a sign at door advising to go next door for late check-in. Booked a room with 2 beds. Received 2 connecting beds. Went next door to ask for a solution. Was given 2 flat sheets to separate the beds for the night.

Very nice staff, perfect room (we have been upgraded as we requested 2 simple beds) and it was way better than excepted. The room was very clean, nice set up with a good bathroom. The only issue was on the breakfast ast there was not a lot of choice and on the second day at 9.30 it was empty we had to wait for them to refill everything (which is not ideal when you are in a urge). But everything else was perfect, the location near the train station was ideal, the neighbourhood is very quiet and we don't hear cars.

Overpriced place for this week end. Close from train. The propertie is a bit old and need renewal. Not so clean. Picture are better than what is the réality. No driveway for access and unloading. When we arrive the outsiders door did not Open, we had to wait for an other customer. After, we had to go to a partner hotel to reprogram. The goodies machine was broken. The main room Ceiling is Open and a temporaire sheet was place, its ugly. No ICE, no machine Cheap Coffee, instant, in room No dishwashing soap, only a bit at the bottin of the bottle. So, poor

Reasonable quality aparthotel but expensive parkin

Plenty of room plus plenty of items supplied in the kitchen. The only issue is the parking. There are a few spaces (about6) which are free but it is first come first served so the only option is to then pay for parking under the hotel (small narrow spaces) at €15 per night, but this is still cheaper than on the street. Unless you need to be near the station or very central I would stay a little further out of Aux le Bains if you are there with a car.
