In general great apartment / acomodation, very clean and very functional. We felt it like at home. Location is also great very near to Bernabeu and Plaza del Toros but also not too far from the center and from the airport.

This place was a great stay for my family. We were comfortable and I loved that it was easy access, no stairs to deal with. Didn’t like much the neighborhood, everywhere wanted to do was quiet a distance but other than that it was a good stay.

Excellent property in a very accessible location. Located between Alfonso VIII and Prosperidad metro stations, there are plenty of shops for grocery, dining and gifts and easy bus and metro links to all parts of Madrid. The apartment itself was clean and modern and suitable for a young family of 4 like ours. I will certainly be staying again.

Great location! 3 blocks from bus station, 5 blocks from metro station a couple of stations away from main attractions. Also very close to airport. The apartment was very nice and clean and check in instructions were very simple. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here again when I visit Madrid the next time.

I really like the apartment suite feel like laundry, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. I spent my time touring the city so I did not get to do laundry but was able to get more towels from cleaning staff at the site. If we had stayed another day we would have had to go out for toilet paper and paper towels which we did not like.

Room interior fine, however it opens directly on to the street and lacks sufficient locks on the door (just a key-code lock, with no deadbolt). Tried to move rooms but was told there was no issue. Would not recommend for women and families.

Nice stay, but wishing some improvements

The room is nice and clean. Appliances are new and work well. But there is a lack of noise isolation especially with the main door and neighbour’s doors. There is no door draft stopper to stop noise from the street. Noise comes from the neighbors who slam doors making walls shaking. I stayed for 4 nights and I found that bathroom products like paper rolls are not provided according to the length of the stay. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker.

El hotel es exactamente como se describe y tal como aparece en las fotos. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien organizado, lo que hizo la estancia aún más agradable. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a transporte público (metro y autobús). Además, la zona cuenta con muy buenos servicios cercanos, como supermercados, panaderías y restaurantes, lo que resulta muy conveniente durante la estancia. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva.

La habitación era amplia y agradable Nos dieron la habitacion para silla de ruedas y el único pero que le pongo es que en el baño no había cancel en la regadera y se hacía mucho regadero con el agua y no pudimos solicitar limpieza. La habitación en general estaba limpia, a lo mejor algunas paredes estaban sucias. La puerta del baño no cerraba, lo cual era incómodo pues éramos tres personas en la habitación.
