I would NEVER stay at this apartment nor would I recommend this place to anyone. You get treated like you are begging for a service when you are paying for it. This place deserves a one star just because the picture portrayed online is reasonable. My husband wasn't looking for anything fancy because he came to attend a seminar and would be out most of the time,however, when you cannot get the basic amenities listed online, that's a problem. Here is a list of what happened on the stay at this apartment. We are humans, not animals! 1. Whenever there is a power outage, which happens a lot, the air conditioner does not work. He was given fans that are old and broken down, very loud and doesn't throw off much air 2. My husband requested room service to change the sheets on the bed. At that time he was told that the linens get changed once every 5 days. Are you serious? 3. He asked for them to replenish the toilet paper and he was told that they only provide toilet paper at the beginning..if you need more, that's your responsibility. 4. The workers gave us the number for the owner who was very arrogant and disrespectful. She said if they want a two bedroom apartment with a working air conditioner you need to pay more. Is this the tactic they use to get more money? My husband and I have stayed at several apartments and cribs in Abuja and we have NEVER experience this. They need to close this place down. DO NOT stay at this apartment. You will regret it!
