I booked this room on short notice and was very pleased with cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and quiet, homey, neighborhood atmosphere. It was also very conveniently located close to the Venice airport (VCE).

stayed four nights (Oct 19–23) before an early-morning flight home, and Ca' Nadia was exactly right. It feels like a hotel, but homey. My room was bright, airy, modern and spotless, with a balcony over the garden. Campalto is quiet, the bus stop for line 19 into Piazzale Roma is a short walk away, and with a transit pass Venice was easy every day — while the airport is only minutes from the door. What makes the place is Roberto. He answered everything promptly, handled the details without fuss, and arranged my 4:00 AM taxi to Marco Polo for a 6:20 flight — the driver was right on time. He even came by the evening before I left to make sure everything was set. Reception hours are part-time and there's no kitchen, so know that going in — but for a clean, calm, good-value base near the airport, with a host who genuinely looks after his guests, I can't recommend it enough. Five stars, well earned.

Quiet, comfortable, great location

Excellent small hotel, very well kept rooms. Free secure parking a big plus. Bus stop for the no 19 bus into Venice just a few hundred metres away.

Such a pleasurable experience! Roberto the host is the nicest, very attentive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and with everything you need. Campalto is so quiet too! You have a closeby bus stop that takes you into Venice in 15 minutes. Just perfect and would highly recommend Ca’ Nadia. Grazie Roberto!

We arrived late from the airport (11 PM) and called the owner for check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and there was free parking available inside the property.

We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They booked our early morning taxi to the airport, gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. It truly felt personal. The room? Absolutely incredible. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, and far beyond what we expected for the price. Speaking of price — the value is unbelievable. You get so much more than what you pay for. If you’re visiting Venice and want a place that feels welcoming, helpful, and worth every penny — Ca’Nadia is it. Five stars isn’t enough. Thank you so much Hector & Amanda Arraez ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
