It's not a hotel. Evey time the security u enters the property security is rude. it's a nuisance we need show id and check-in evetime u come out of the building. They don't speak English. No help will be provided. u need to figure out Ur own.

This place isnt a hotel but a huge apartment complex. The building itself was nice and the room as well. The area is safe in my opinion. Just dont travel and walk out late at night Upon arrival of check in, nothing was restocked. My host took almost 2 hours to respond and get the items i needed. Communication was a big problem in the beginning. My shower drain was clogging but my host ignored my request so i had to buy something to unclog it. I stayed for 3 weeks and not once was my room cleaned. I think i had to request it but i felt that shouldve been standard. The room itself was nice. The kitchen came with all the kitchenwares if you want to cook in the hotel. My room had a balcony which was nice to sit outside and relax. The doorbell was really annoying. The touchscreen would not work in the beginning and would take many tries in order to enter my room. Overall this is a great place to stay for a short time and its affordable so i cant complain too much. I would definitely book here again if there was improvement with the host communication and helpfulness and a change on the doorlock for room 210.

He viajado por toda Colombia. Nunca había recibido la atención que me brindaron a mi llegada. La calle es tranquila y el personal es muy amable. El edificio tiene todo lo que necesitas: gimnasio, espacio de coworking y lavandería. Hay restaurantes increíbles cerca. Una farmacia al lado… varias tiendas y supermercados cerca . Literal está en medio de la cuidad El personal respondió rápidamente a todas mis preguntas. Recomendaría quedar aquí a cualquiera y espero volver pronto
