Amazing view phenomenal unit extremely clean and new. Staff was amazing and very convenient too was more than I expected. I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. We'll see it on the 10th floor I will definitely be returning mind you that these views are available everywhere but the peace and comfort and the staff will bring us back.

The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower door. Over all it was lovely. They did provide lawn chairs and an umbrella and full size cooler for using at the beach, which came in handy. The roof top pool is great for viewing Mazatlán sunsets. Over all a nice condo right in the center of the Malecón.
