We had a great stay. Breakfast was great. This is one of the cleanest buildings I have been in Having a kitchen and washer was very handy. After staying in small hotel rooms in Tokyo and Shimoda it was nice to have so much space. It is a quick walk to the nearest train which opens up all of Osaka and Kyoto. Universal is only one stop away. Lots of nice little restaurants within walking distance too

The room was lovely and spacious for 4 adults and a teenager. We had 3 separate sleeping areas. Lovely big kitchen that was fully stocked with amenities. In a quiet neighbourhood and 5 minutes walk to train station.
