Excellent spot to start right at the base of Whistler. Had views of the lifts. Kitchen was well equipped. We were on the second floor and there was no issue with noise from the bar on the main floor. Parking garage is under hotel and has direct week week elevator access.

Excellent, clean and perfect 2 bedrooms apartment with everything you need - in centre of Whistler village - convenient and comfortable.
Couldn’t have chosen a better property. Great proximity to slopes, excellent ski storage, & staff at Sundial (affiliated hotel) is extremely helpful (especially Harry!) Will certainly stay here again!

Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was in a wonderful location - right in the heart of the village. It was clean and spacious. We did have a few hiccups that caused us to rate the property a 4 instead of a 5 review. We had issues with people parking in our designated parking space -this happened twice during our stay and thankfully we were told to use the spot next to ours as no one was staying in the other unit. We also had an issue with our condo not being cleaned on the allocated date/time. Thankfully there were plenty of towels and lastly the balcony door does not lock - it is completely missing. Now we were on the 3rd floor - however - this still felt unsafe to us.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Texting to get answers was a nice feature and the valet was super prompt. Tom was top notch service. We would recommend to anyone who wants to really enjoy Whistler and all of its wonders.

Everything was great. The lodge is in the ski village right at the bottom of the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The hotel next door runs the lodge, and the staff was very polite and responsive. Sahar checked us in, then Ceris and Roxy checked up on us. All three did a great job.
