this place was very accommodating, and the staff was super friendly! we enjoyed everything about this hotel and definitely recommend! just keep in mind, it is very central to allot of places but this area will rip off tourist. this hotel was great but we would not stay in pablado again due to being overcharged multiple times and even lied to about the amount we gave ultimately being robbed of that money.

Beautiful place, close to nice restaurants (walking distance). Place has a nice layout, it was blackout curtains which is a plus. I would recommend this place and will stay again in future occasions.

Had an amazing stay here! The rooms are clean and spacious with all of the amenities you need. There is 24 hour staff onsite so the building feels very secure and it's in a great area in Milan in El Poblado that has plenty of restaurants and shops and is a short walk or $2 USD uber to the main Provenza area. The metro is also nearby and about a 10 min walk. The hotel staff was particularly awesome and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Carlos who arranged an early check in for us and helped us coordinate exit plans on our last day :) Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay at Gres Apartment. The building has contemporary architecture with great character, and the apartment is immaculate — clean, comfortable, well laid out, and fully equipped. The location is strategic and very convenient. The service was exceptional. Carlos consistently went the extra mile in every way — attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our experience outstanding. We also appreciate Luisa and Andrés for their kindness. We would definitely return.
