Sam checked us in and wasn't very friendly. We got to our room and the smell was so strong of BLEACH (it was overwhelming). I asked Sam about it and also for an extra pillow, he said just open the door for a few minutes to clear the air. We never heard or saw him again. The pool that is still advertised in their ad is filled in with CONCRETE! So much for taking a dip in the pool. Am sorry to say we will not be back.
So disappointed. The shower didn’t even work. Toilet water running the whole time like it flushed on its own. Pillows terrible. The only plus was it’s close to downtown.
This place is a health violation! My room was already paid for and they made me leave a $100 deposit. only one entrance worked with the key card. The room was disgusting, stains and blood all over the walls, furniture, bedding, holes in the wall, the toilet wobbled pretty bad, the vanity in the bathroom was tore up and the curtains were ripped up. Let me start with the stains. it was obvious it was blood. from the look of it i would say someone had some blunt force trauma to the head while laying in the bed. there was blood spatter all over the wall behind the bed ( i usually pull the bed out at every hotel to check for bugs) and wow i found blood.. the blood spatters were also across the wall and the curtains next to the bed and all over the box spring mattress. does not look like there was any attempt to clean the blood. We went to our concert feeling very disturbed and did not leave ANY of our stuff in the room. When we got back from the concert it was 12:30 am and our key didnt work. The guy in the office told me it was because our key card reset at midnight, which makes no sense becasue check out wasnt until 11 am. we ended up immediately leaving & hanging out at the dennys down the street becasue we were too scared to go back into that room. I would love to have a refund for a disgusting room i didnt use. I feel like someone was seriously injured or killed in room 232
There was hair left on top of my sink. It's not that difficult to do a glance over again to make sure the room is clean.
Also, if you do not check out before 11 AM or right at 11AM, the manager will knock on the door to remind you about checkout.
I like the fact that our room had a fridge and microwave. They had a little bit of food for breakfast. I brought my own cereal and used their milk.

We've stayed here many times. It's very basic, no frills. It's safe, it's secure and if you only need the room to sleep it's a good value. We come here when we see a concert or show in town. Never had an issue. Convenient to everything!

Overall 4 out of 5 ⭐️
We had an amazing stay but there was a few things that I wanted to state.
1. Our room had bad outlets on the wall.
2. I never got my deposit back and I left the room in better shape than it was when we checked in.
If I would’ve known that there was no waffles for breakfast, I honestly probably would’ve went somewhere else Overall my stay there was good I have the privacy I wanted and the people that work there are awesome people just got to try to keep up with the maintenance of the rooms please I would like to say thank you for hotels.com hooking me up and thank you to Oceana Inn for having me for that we can
dirty, noisy, and the staff was not friendly but rigid. can't check in even with my ID, work ID and emial itinerary to prove my identify. it took more than 30 mins with expedia staff for identity check

Treating their guests like criminals
Paper thin walls with a prostitute next door entertaining a steady stream of clients. My friend and I were awoken the next morning by an insistent rapping at the door. When I asked who was there I was told that it was the Manager. He said he had to come in. When I questioned him further he said, "There's a strong smell of weed coming from the room." I said, "you've got the wrong room," and I hoped that that would be enough, though I was wondering if he would then do something crazy and unpleasant, like calling the local police. That was the last we heard about weed (my friend and I were not smoking weed, and I have no idea how he had decided that we were. But then, at 10:36 on the motel room clock, with us packed and ready to roll, the same insistent rapping, and now we were bring accused of checking out late. I said , it's 10:36,and the manager said , no, it's 11:05. I verified byy cell phone that he was indeed correct. I told him what the clock said. He was angry and that didn't seem to mean anything to him. But, I mean, who in their right mind is going to check to make sure the motel clock is correct?
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I tried cancelling night 2 since my father was being flown by calstar to a different hotel. Between the hotel staff and hotel.com staff I got the run around and no one could cancel the 2nd night so I was charged. The hotel manager has refused to contact me regarding the situation.
The hotel was horrible on top of that. Security doors didn't lock, parking was ridiculous, beds were unbelievable uncomfortable.
All around just a horrible experience

Decent
The people at the service desk were very helpful and informative. The room was okay reeked of bleach in the beginning. Bed was comfy. For the price it was okay.
