This was our 4th stay at Highlands. Condo was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and the rate was good. It's a great lower cost alternative to staying in Sedona which was only a 15–20-minute drive and only 5-10 minutes from Cottonwood.

This property was beautiful! It was just perfect for us! It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was an added bonus and our view of the landscape was spectacular! Location was very good meaning traveling to other locations was convenient and travel time was never excessive. So glad we found you! Apparently, a trip to Arizona might be an annual occurrence. If this is the case, you can bet we will be staying at Highlands again!!! Thank you!
