Notre sĂ©jour mĂȘme cours s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. La dame Ă  l’accueil pour l’enregistrement a Ă©tĂ© adorable et trĂšs souriante. Nous venions pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Nous sommes du coup mais nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs trĂšs bon moment. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et le personnel, discret et sympathique.

Appartement trÚs confortable. On a bien apprécié la propreté, la cuisine bien équipée, la clim, la communication avec le personnel trÚs sympathique. Résidence bien sécurisée et proche de tout : piscine, plage, carrefour, luna park, et autres. Les draps et les serviettes ont été fournis en quantité suffisante. Les deux points faibles : J'aurais juste aimé avoir un aspirateur à la place d'un balai. La connexion wi fi est presque inexistante. Séjour en famille trÚs agréable. On y retournerai avec plaisir.

ClĂ©s de notre appartement non disponibles comme prĂ©vu a notre arrivĂ©e tardive,mais heureusement on a pu nous attribuer un autre appartement que nous avons gardĂ©. Appartement tres propre, surface correcte et espaces verts vraiment bien entretenus. Le seul bemol etant que le kit nettoyage pour la kitchenette dont le nettoyage est impĂ©ratif est vendu 6€ a la rĂ©ception et le rehausseur pour enfant vous est prete pour la maudite somme de 10€!!!! C'est assez honteux au regard des 4 etoiles attribuees a cet Ă©tablissement et les tarifs de location!

Actuellement dans l'hĂŽtel rĂ©veiller Ă  6h50 par les femmes de mĂ©nages qui n'ont aucun respect pour les clients ! Je n'est jamais entendu un bruit pareil pour faire du mĂ©nage ! J'estime quand on paye ce prix pouvoir dormir et non ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© Ă  6h50 !! A fuir absolument !! Et bien sur Ă  cette heure lĂ  personne ne rĂ©pond Ă  la rĂ©ception il doive dormir.. quel chance ! Et je ne parle pas des photos trompeuses !! voici la reel vue quand vous prenez la chambre la plus chere ...

Wir fahren seit 6 Jahr dorthin, so schlecht wie dieses Jahr haben wir noch nie gewohnt. Unser Enkelkind bezeichnete die Wohnung als Hausmeisterwohnung. Mittlerweile ist diese Residenz auch keine Familienresidenz mehr, sondern Jugendliche haben diese auf Grund Ihrer NĂ€he zur Partymeile der Insel fĂŒr sich entdeckt. Das beutet Party innerhalb und außerhalb der Residence. Wir werden dort wohl nicht mehr hinfahren.

Vue parking et bruit du parc d'attraction

Appartement assez bien équipé mais la vue sur le parking et le bruit du parc d'attraction en face ne m'ont vraiment pas plu. Douche placée entre le WC et la lavabo, aprÚs la douche impossible d'aller au WC sans se mouiller les pieds. En plus, aucune aération alors ça reste mouillé longtemps. Point positif, l'accÚs à pieds à la plage.

Pessimo. Alle 23 la camera era ancora da preparare e sebbene siamo arrivati alle 17 abbiamo dovuto girare in attesa che approntassero la camera. Alla fine ci siamo fatti dare lenzuola e asciugamani e ci siamo fatti il letto da soli.
