Prédio novo e com ótimas áreas comuns e serviços. Localização agradável. Obra em frente e ao lado (barulho e aspecto de pó no apartamento, sendo melhor deixar as janelas fechadas), varanda com cadeiras que não permitem o acesso. Apartamento bem compacto, que atende duas pessoas em um pequeno período. Sofá e mesa extremamente compactos para duas pessoas. Secador muito fraco. Dificuldade para entender o sistema de checkin.
