The location was great and had many spots to eat and drink at it was also very safe to walk at any hour, the only downside was the current construction going on next to it but that’s not the hotels fault. Would definitely return to this location without a doubt.

The building fairly new with good amenities. Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps. I will recommend this property to all my friends Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing

Local muito bom, conforto nota 10, localização privilegiada apenas que o Checking nos deixou de cabelos em pé, depois de mais de 2 horas em frente a propriedade chegamos a desistir e sair pra jantar já com a ideia de procurar um hotel para passar a noite quando por fim fomos respondidos no WhatsApp já com mais de 3 horas, fizemos o check in e entramos no hotel. No restante foi maravilhoso.

apartamento bem novo em abril 2026. a porta de entrada é bem chata mesmo, precisei de alguns dias pra pegar o jeito. mas apê bem espaçoso. mas já demonstra problemas como chuveiro com ralo entupido, não dá pra tomar um banho de 5 minutos sem inundar o banheiro.

O apto é muito organizado e tem todo o básico para estadia. Limpo e organizado, tamanho ideal para casal, apesar de ter disponível um sofá cama. Cama e roupa de cama excelentes, mas faltou uma toalha (estavamos em 3 pessoas e tinham 2 toalhas) e faltou toalha de rosto e de chão que informaram que teria. O processo de check in é muito burocrático, o atendimento com um atendente é bem demorado. Além disso, nosso check in era até as 11h, saímos para tomar café e ao voltar não conseguíamos acessar o predio pois constava como expirado, mas ainda faltava 40 minutos pro horario se check out. o pessoal da portaria dizia não poder liberar o acesso e ficamos “presos” pra fora. Como a comunicação com os atendentes é demorada e burocrática, causou um transtorno especialmente porque tínhamos compromisso. Resolvendo esses problemas seria nota máxima pois o apto em si é muito bom!

Experiência boa, mas a cozinha deixa a desejar, Maquina de café nao deixam ao menos uma capsula (diferente do concorrente), nao possui liquidificador ou sanduicheira, tive dificuldade em usar o fogao. Enfim, só tem o basico mesmo, poderia ser melhor equipada. Alem disso a parede lateral da cama estava bem suja, com umas marcas na parede. Poderia ter sido melhor. Pontos positivos: sacada excelente, cama muito confortável e chuveiro bom.

A acomodacao é ideal para quem quer sentir-se um morador e nao um visitante na cidade. O empreendimento é novo, bem decorado, bem localizado e bem equipado, com fotos fieis. Alem disso, é moderno e tecnológico, o que pode dar maior rapidez no check in e out ou nao... Ponto positivo: nao tem contato com funcionários. Ponto negativo: por nao ter contato com funcionários, demora na solucao do problema, como o que aconreceu conosco com o ralo do banheito entupido.
