The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications. The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains. I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests. Thank you

Worst experience in CDMX ever

Not the best place to stay in Mexico city To start they tried to cancel my reservation some hrs before my arrival saying that my reservation was not granted due some non sense rules that they never explained. The staff is rude and not friendly and they have a very bad attitude towards the customer. Around the same arwa are at leats 20 similar location where tou can stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very nice area and rooms, but very poor amenities, even the towels were not in good conditions, we needed to request extra towels because didn’t put enough. The room TV didn’t work. The suite was very nice and pretty but the amenities were not as good as the expected.

In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING. After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked. The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

What a dump!

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.
