The lofts was a great spot to stay. There were a few stairs to climb to get to the elevator. The kitchenette was a bonus and the air conditioning worked great. The location is the best it could be and the room was sound proofed which was another bonus. This place gets top marks for all categories.

The location was excellent. The ladies at the reception were nice and friendly. The room for 3 was much more basic than the pictures. The beds and bathroom were clean though. There was a water leakage issue during our stay.

Higher floor - awesome view of the castle Efficient compact layout Location location location - close to all the attractions- walkable or easily accessible by public transport- Baixa-Chiadoo metro less than 200 ft away and 28E tram stop less than 50 ft away Great restaurants Quiet at night since it’s on a residential side street with a few businesses

The apartment was clean and quiet. However, there was a bad smell in the lobby of the building. Also, the air conditioning in the unit was not strong. The apartment was still too warm, and it was difficult for me to fall asleep. Bedding was very basic as well. Overall, the booking was fine for a one night stay, but I would likely not book for a more extended stay.

The property is in need of upkeep. Things are broken and damaged. Chipped paint, damaged furniture and wall hooks fallen off the wall. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Towels were clean but worn. That said, the sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The location is great.

Good old town location, but it was difficult to find. Could do with a sign on the front door. I know they have just opened a new reception, but even a temporary sign would have been helpful. First time in Lisbon, and it was great. Throughly enjoyable. Transport took a while to familiarise with, but drivers were all helpful even though they didnt speak English. Unfortunately, I don't speak Portuguese either, so it was a challenge at times, but we managed. 😁 Lisbon in the sunshine is a delightful place to behold.
