Very nice property and location, clean and adequate space. Air conditioning was fine, water pressure was very poor. Although there is an elevator, bathrooms are on the second floor of the unit so not handicap accessible if that is what you need.

The staff were nice. The rooms were very dated and need remodeling. Carpet was dirty on the stairs and things like the bathroom had several scratches on the cabinets, corners looked grimy along with the main door. Old room keys were used, no housekeeping was provided. The resort has a nice pool and dock area. You will need a rental car or golf cart before it’s a distant from many of the attractions.

Perfect stay!

We visited our son in Key West who is in the US Coast Guard and had a recent port stop. Coconut Mallory was a perfect stay for our family. Quiet, comfortable, clean!
